1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Clawd, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly about unauthorized use.
3. Billing and credits
Subscription plans include monthly credits. For standard workflows, one credit generally represents one generation or one analysis step. Unless otherwise stated in your plan, unused monthly credits do not roll over.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, abusive automation, infringement, or attempts to bypass platform protections.
5. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as part of product development and operational maintenance.
6. Disclaimer and liability
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clawd disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages.
